Le personnel a été aimable du début à la fin. La salle de séjour, décorée de sculptures, offre une atmosphère agréable et soignée qui donne d’emblée une bonne impression de l’établissement (surtout si on regarde depuis la fenêtre extérieure).

La chambre a été franchement décevante : très petite, pas de frigo, sans fenêtre, et impossible à aérer autrement qu’en laissant la porte ouverte. Le passage vers la salle de bain est si étroit (20 cm?) qu’il est difficile de circuler sans se cogner ; nous nous sommes heurtés à plusieurs reprises au lit. Le plus problématique a été la présence de mauvaises odeurs provenant de la salle de bain, qui se répandaient dans toute la chambre. Pour le tarif demandé, cette chambre ne correspond pas au niveau attendu, ni au standard d’un hôtel trois étoiles. La seule raison plausible est l’emplacement à Biarritz, mais même ainsi, le quartier n’est pas particulièrement attrayant pour justifier le prix. En résumé, pas recommandé sauf à un prix réellement bradé ou en cas de besoin impératif de cette localisation.

Breakfast was French-style, with croissants and rolls, jam and butter, orange juice, coffee, yoghurt. The quantity was sufficient, the quality good. The bed was big and comfortable. - Please note that the reception is not staffed at all times, so you have to make an appointment if you arrive outside those hours. - The living room area downstairs was large and modern. The hotel is an easy 15 minutes walk from the city center and the beach.

The parking lot is in a closed complex. If you arrive early, you can not park your car. We understood this after phoning the hotel. Everything worked out in the end.

Really good check in, the receptionist was very welcoming and gave top tips on where to eat dinner. Room comfortable although due to a guest experiencing some sort of issue during the night there was a lot of shouting, running along the corridor and doors banging from around 2am for about an hour. Unfortunately i did not get much sleep as a result. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, choosing ibatead to eat at the Deus Cafe down the road where they had a great choice of lovely food in a quirky place ... def worth a visit.

Veel licht in de kamer. Kon het niet helemaal donker maken. Licht vanuit de gang schijnt onder de deur door. En de gordijnen zijn licht doorlatend

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Nous avons pris la meilleure catégorie pour avoir un balcon et on nous a expliqué à notre arrivée que nous n’aurons pas cette chambre (sans aucun geste commercial). C’est très bruyant on entend tous des voisins et l’immeuble est mal isolé thermiquement. Les équipements sont de mauvaise qualité. Le café est facturé 3euros et des cafés instantanés et thés n’était pas disponibles tous les jours dans la chambre.

El hotel estaba muy cercano al centro y, a pesar de no tener parking, no resultaba excesivamente costoso aparcar.

La habitación era muy muy pequeña. La cama no tenía almohadas. Tuvimos habitación sin balcón, lo que imposibilitaba el secado de la ropa tras la playa.
