Bel Petit hôtel a 3 pas de la gare saint Charles. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique, de très bon conseil a l écoute des clients. Chambre ,salle de bain, tout comme tout le reste de l hôtel très propres. Bonne literie.une petite terrasse sur l arriere très agréable pour les petits déjeuner qui sont tout aussi correct.et pour ce qui est du prix très raisonnable. En résumé un bon pied a terre a Marseille pour un séjour de tourisme

The Azur is just too noisy. You hear everything. Neighbor talking, flushing toilet, running water, doors slamming, etc. Price point was good, staff very friendly, and delicious coffee.
A Marseille, pour un mariage, nous avons décidé de retourner à l'hôtel Azur, qui est particulièrement bien placé pour nous. Comme les deux fois précédentes, notre séjour s'est bien passé. Le personnel, est très sympa, en particulier la jeune fille qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner, et des chambre. Dans cette gamme de prix, je trouve cet hôtel vraiment très bien, et j'y retournerai avec plaisir.

The staff and the management were friendly and helpfull, it was clean, but our experience at this hotel was a sequence of little and not so little issues and problems, some of which were the basics of a hotel room maintainence and just a lack of attension to detail.
Metrostation vlakbij. Uitstekend ontbijt. Behulpzame stagiairs. Nieuwe badkamer maar wat installatie foutjes. Vooral ontbrak een doucheslang die later wel werd gemonteerd maar meteen weer van de muur vloog. Hierdoor meteen beschadiging douchebak en mijn bovenlip. Goede kamer, wel aan straatkant maar goed geïsoleerd. Airco vrijwel geruisloos.
El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo, lo malo es que no hay ascensor y que el internet no llega hasta el 3er piso. Muy buena atención.
