Great location, friendly and very helpful staff.

Rooms very small and no ironing facilities.

Excellent séjour. Hôtel situé proche de la gare Lyon Part Dieu. Endroit très propre et calme. Nombreux bars/restos à proximité. Très bon accueil, merci pour les petites attentions (bouteille d'eau/gâteaux/bonbons). Personnel très agréable et sympathique. Très belle chambre bien décorée et bien équipée.

We stayed here for four days and three nights. It was such a lovely hotel, I can't even begin to describe. It was great that there was always free snacks and water and coffee, etc. All of the staff were the most friendly and the most helpful and the most caring people ever. Alice was amazing and made sure that we were prepared for the day, had everything we needed, called for reservations, called for taxis, and was really like the best guide for the city. Super lovely staff. The room itself was super comfortable; the beds were incredible, like a cloud. Everything was clean; there wasn't anything that we were lacking. Overall, top experience and one of the best hotels that you can stay in in Lyon.
