Sehr gute Lage des Hotels,sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter! Traumhafter Strand,Pool und Garten fein mit kleinen Verbesserungen!Es herrscht Rauchverbot am Pool,es gibt Ausnahmen da einige Leute ungeniert am Pool rauchten!Uns wurde gesagt es herrscht Rauchverbot am Pool! Frühstück ausgezeichnet,Abendessen hat nicht ganz überzeugt!Gott sei Dank gibt es genügend Restaurants in der Umgebung und an der Promenade.

Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und wurden täglich von den sehr freundlichen Zimmermädchen gereinigt.Die Veranstaltungen werden gut organisiert und toll angekündigt und die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter tanzen,singen mit voller Begeisterung und Können.Das WLAN funktionierte bei mir den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht im Hotel,Pool und Strand.Das TV am Abend war mit vielen Störungen während der Sendungen immer unterbrochen.

Que las terrazas están pegadas unas a otras y me dio cierta inseguridad, también echéde menos un toldo o semejante en la terraza, 3a planta demasiado sol.. Cierre de piscina demasiado pronto.

Fabulous stay. Made my birthday extra special. (Thank you again)! Entertainment good fun, aerobics in the pool, bingo with raquel in the afternoons who was brilliant (and it’s free!) Singers in the afternoon and the evening. Nice to have music around the pool some days. Great location, on the beach and 15 min walk to the train to get to Malaga in 30 minutes. Lots of choice at breakfast. Did not have a problem getting a sunbed even at 1pm. The hotel smells beautiful. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back! Thank you again for a great stay!!

If I have to be extremely picky. The nachos were expensive for a small amount (€8). It was a packet of nachos served with cheese dip on the side.

Cuando entras al hotel la decoración, las instalaciones y el personal excelente. Atentos en todo momento recepción y los camareros del bar inglés. Gracias a todos, volveremos.

Por poner algún pero deberían vender botellas de agua grandes.

We loved the history and the location of the hotel. Great to be so close to the beach with no road in the way. Our room had a fantastic balcony.

Our only complaint was the lack of facilities for guests who are checking out but have a later flight. We asked for a late checkout to our room but were told this was unavailable. We were then surprised to be told that there were no changing or showering facilities available for guests in that position. We found this unusual for a 4 star holiday hotel and felt that this was poor customer service.
