"Extrem schlecht."

Sehr alte Zimmer(+30 Jahre?), Gestank im ganzen Zimmer und Schimmelduft im Bad. Völlig überteuert für was man bekommt. Eines der schlechtesten Hotels in denen ich jemals war.

Il bagno senza una vera e propria doccia ma soprattutto il letto: scomodissimo e da sostituire!

Habitación con balcón al Montblanc y vistas magníficas. Muy tranquilo y sin ruidos. Por la noche no se escucha nada ni entra luz y se agradece. Vistas estupendas

"No air circulation too small bed bad but views great"

Though cleaning was bad the cleaning ladies were very nice and one of the night staff were kind enough to let us borrow 10 euros when we needed it. The view and outdoor balcony area were very nice. The property grounds are beautiful. The breakfast is simple but tasteful and excellent croissants and coffee. Good baby chair and crib.

We were right by the elevators it was very loud. The room is far too small for a couple and baby. But I feel like it even if it was a couple very small. The staff did a shoddy job of cleaning. Some of the lobby staff were nice and some were so rude. One day when they “cleaned” the room they forgot to take the trash out. I requested the staff to please ask the cleaning service to do it and they got frustrated and and said ugh I have a lot to do.The bed was extremely uncomfortable it sunk in the middle. But it was super hot in the room even at night. There wasn’t even a fan in the room so basically zero air circulation. Value for money was quite low.
