FRAlways great to arrive at this gem in the center of Chamonix. Even now when the hotel has changed ownership it is great. The new staff very accommodating and helpful 😀I have been coming to this hotel since the eighties and will continue to do so❤️
SAI didn't really like anything, except the hotel's location.
The rooms are very small and filthy; there was hair and cobwebs in the corners and dust. The soundproofing is poor, and there's a bar downstairs, so I couldn't sleep at night. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were of poor quality. There's no parking available, and they didn't tell me this until after I had booked and paid. The money is non-refundable.
