Essence Hotel Boutique

Wonderful hotel that I can highly recommend! The location is excellent, the property is beautiful, and everything was spotless and very well maintained. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. One of the highlights was the peaceful inner garden, a true little oasis perfect for relaxing. The pool water was clean and pleasant, and the jacuzzi was fantastic. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and welcoming, making it an ideal place to unwind and recharge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

We recently stayed at this hotel, great location, but we felt that there weren't enough sun beds around the pool, plenty of massive round singular beds but these aren't really appropriate - they should look at removing some of these beds and replace them with single sun beds. Breakfast was ok, however I really felt that the sweet items eg. brioche, cakes etc should of been clearly labelled with ingredients. There wasn't any explanation on what the the item was and what it contained, and for anyone that had an allergy this could of been fatal. I realise that at the end of the buffet there was a sheet of paper with all the ingredients on and allergens however this was very small print and very difficult to read. Also there were no labels on the juices/milk etc, so you didn't know which type of milk you were pouring or juice. There wasn't a separate section of bread for gluten free people which we have always had in other hotels. And please, please can we have cups that you can actually get your finger into!... carrying a cup of hot water/coffee and not being able to get your finger into the handle is not good. The hotel was very clean and lovely reception staff and breakfast staff.

Location is perfect and Boutique style - colourful hotel

Breakfast late start - 8:30 ( though they have provided some take away picnic boxes) - car parking on road limited 2to 3 car park spaces
