Propreté, accueil et services. Chambres impeccables. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Et restaurant sur place (très pratique quand on arrive assez tard).

Le personnel est très gentil, la chambre assez spacieuse pour 3 et très bien insonorisé, la clim était fonctionnelle, le petit déjeuner complet.

Les oreillers étaient trop gros et dur, le seul point négatif

After we'd finally found it, the hotel was absolutely great. Nicely presented inside, attentive staff, bright breakfast room with plenty of options, room very nice with comfy bed. Very happy to see grilled bacon and scrambled eggs on the breakfast menu, but the fruit was very aged.

VERY hidden away in a cul de sac and no signs on the road, extremely difficult to find. Perhaps a bit unlucky that the road network in every direction was under development, but the dug-up roads generally added to a run-down look for the area. Bizarre to have a restaurant that isn't open on Friday evenings or the whole weekend too. Fortunately alternative eateries aren't far away, but would have much preferred to be able to have dinner on site - I would not have stayed at this hotel if I'd seen that before booking. The usual gripe about French hotels having a coffee machine but no kettle - it isn't only the English who like tea as much or more than coffee. We're experienced enough now that we bring our own kettle with us, but was surprised to find that the provided drinks didn't include any milk, even UHT stuff is better than nothing. We did have some bother with the air-con too, but eventually figured out how to turn it off completely since the max temperature guests were allowed to set was lower than we wanted to have the room.

The black out curtains in the room, the beds were extremely comfortable and breakfast was incredible

The credit card used to confirm the booking could not be used to pay for the room as the owner of the card was not present.
