"Rouen ist wunderschön, wie im Mittelalter. Viele nette Bistros und Restaurants."

Die Lage war super und es war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war für französische Verhältnisse vermutlich gut, für deutsche Verhältnisse nicht. Die Anfahrt war äusserst kompliziert, da das Hotel in einer Einbahnstraße liegt und die Altstadt von Rouen sehr schön ist, aber auch sehr eng und das google Navi mit diesen schwierigen Strassenverhältnisse überfordert war. Die telefonische Hilfe bei der Ankunft durch die Rezeptionistin war nicht gut. Andere Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren jedoch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ein Anfahrtsplan des Hotels wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen. Die telefonische Verständigung war sehr schwierig.
