Propre, bon emplacement, bon rapport qualité prix

Nous sommes venus en train, ce dernier est resté bloqué plus d'une heure retardant notre heure d'arrivée (càd 22h au lieu de 21h). Nous décidons d'appeler pour informer l'hôtel. Le monsieur de l'accueil nous répond qu'il n'est pas payé après 22h et donc tant pis pour nous. Il n' rien voulu entendre. Heureusement nous avons trouvé une solution de notre côté mais nous n'avons pas du tout trouvé ca correcte (nous avions 5 chambres réservées!)

Good location, very close to cathedral, room with bath.

Room was too small. Too thin walls it was possible to hear neighbours. Receptionist should have reminded that they have double windows so we could have blocked street noise.

L'emplacement de cet hotel est excellent, en plein centre ville mais malgré tout au calme ! Le personnel est très courtois et souriant mais nénamoins discret. Les horaires assez larges (arrivée en après-midi et départ 11h30)

Pas de ventilation, ni en sdb ni dans la chambre... après une douche ce serait bien ! Confort du lit perfectible. Le petit déjeuner était bien mais sans plus.
