Beautiful hotel with a superb, large room. A fantastic balcony overlooking the pool, grounds and Cordoba. As the hotel is situated up the hill there is a fantastic view. Loved the huge outdoor pool.

The reception staff were very officious. A welcoming smile would have been appreciated. There are a lot of steps down to the pool area. Not a problem for us but less able might struggle. Set on the outskirts so a bus or taxi needed to go into town.

We had a lovely junior suite which was at the corner of the building facing the gardens and Cordoba. The room was fine with a nice balcony. Only issues were there being no English language news station on the TV which was strange given so many English speakers stay and there was no printed information in the room about hotel facilities. Reception can provide a map of the town but you have to ask. Breakfast wasn’t great. Given the hotel is out of the town, we has two evening meals as we opted for half board - meals were very good although with the menu is limited but for two nights it was fine. Pool and sun bed area were excellent but for some strange reason it closes at 18;00 on Mon - Thurs and 20:00 at the weekend. Not great when it is lovely and sunny at 18:00! Took taxi into the city which I think is a better option than driving,

Quiet & clean room. Enjoyed the Breakfast buffet every morning. The patio and pool area is beautiful with flowers and a maintained landscape. Would have used the pool if it was a little warmer.
