Fantastic hotel in a great location to experience the city of Granada. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern clean hotel close to the Plaza Nuevo. I chose this hotel for the rooftop pool and room with a terrace and hot tub however these features were not what I expected. We paid a large premium for the room with the hot tub and on arrival at 6pm the room was not ready. Once we got into the room the tub was not filled and there were no instructions on how it worked. It took hours to fill and the next morning all the water had gone. It was never cleaned through our stay and we only managed to use it once. The terrace is dangerous the tiles are very slippy especially when hot. The view was poor from the room looking at roofs of other buildings it was very claustrophobic. The rooftop pool is nice however it was closed the first night for an event and the third night when we were relaxing after a long day we got thrown off our sunbeds as there was another event which they said we would have to pay for. This is simply not acceptable for paying guests. The bar at the pool is closed until about 12pm so when we were sunbathing in the morning you could not get a drink and there is no food available until the evening. This is very strange and poor service. We ordered a bottle of still water and paid and received two glasses of tap water and were told we couldn’t have a bottle but no refund was given. The rooftop has a good view but we were never allowed to sit at a table and enjoy it in the evening as the tables were all reserved for outside guests. The pool is also really small and only a handful of sunbeds. The breakfast was ok but not great for people with allergies. There was limited choice for gluten free options. The omelette station is the best feature. Ok hotel overall but not worth the 1200 Euros for 5 nights.

Brilliantly located hotel for Granada, easy to get to all sites and areas. Lovely comfortable and good size room with a small balcony - facing a busy road but the room had great good insulation so it didn’t bother us. The rooftop area is pretty but the pool and sundeck is small and can’t accommodate many guests. Overall, well maintained, smart and comfortable, we would recommend it.

Small pool and sundeck area was a little disappointing and the service up there was slow. We had a little issue finding the parking garage - it would be very useful if the hotel added instructions to just pull up out front as they park the car for you. Only a small thing but it would make arrival by car less stressful.

Distinto hotel al que he ido durante años.. Actualmente hotel de cadena con administración empeñada en ahorrar gastos El personal lo mejor junto con la reforma de la terraza

Como casi siempre, habitación por debajo de lo que has pagado.Tuve que pasar una noche en la inferior, sin que me devolvieran nada. No volveré
