Crisol Guadalupe

Well located, right next to the Alhambra, less than 5 min walking to the entrance. It is somewhat distant to the Albaicin area but fairly walkable, local bus service readily available, but it runs up to only until 11pm. We had a room with terrace access which was really nice with a partial view of the Alhambra.

Do not pay upfront for the breakfast. We did pay for 2 days upfront and used only one. The scrambled eggs looked really gross, would never eat those eggs!!! Tried to get my second day refunded, the attendant at the front desk could not provide a positive response without supervisor approval!!! Ended up getting refunded upon checkout by using the refund amount to pay off parking.

We loved the location, our large room and terrace, breakfast was great. Alberto was an absolute star and we were so impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. Our stay was delightful.

I have stayed at this hotel before. I like the location, it is directly opposite to the Alhambra and although busy during the day is quite peaceful at night, It is easy to get into the centre of Granada by bus or taxi and there is enough infrastructure locally regarding restaurants, cafes and bars. The hotel rooms were excellent, very clean and everything you could want including tea and coffee facilities.

The last time I stayed there was a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel. Although they still serve breakfast we missed the hotel bar as there is not much open after 9.30pm. They could probably do with some handles to get in and out of the shower, which was over the bath tub and not easy to get in and out of!

Hotel w bezpośrednim pobliżu Alhambry. Pomimo, że to gwarne miejsce w Hotelu było cicho. Poprosiliśmy o pokój od strony ogrodu nie ulicy i taki otrzymaliśmy, z widokiem na Alhambrę, która jest absolutnie zjawiskowa i jedyna w swoim rodzaju. Możliwość rezerwacji pokoju w pakiecie z parkingiem jest nie do przecenienia, a cena nie jest wygórowana. Hotel bardzo czysty, Dobrze skomunikowany z centrum miasta (bardzo często kursujące busy), ale można spokojnie dotrzeć tam 15 minutowym spacerem, jeśli ktoś lubi spacerować. Ogród pałacowy obok którego się idzie jest piękny. Pokój wygodny. Kawa i herbata w pokoju. Niebywale przyjazny, zawsze uśmiechnięty, pomocny personel. Nie mamy wątpliwości, że kiedy będziemy wracać do Granady to na pewno do Crisol Guadelupe. Dziękujemy za udany pobyt. Czuliśmy się tu doskonale.

Wszystko było jak najbardziej w porządku :)
