Comfortable beds, good wifi, price was ok, lots of breakfast options

The hotel did not feel like 4 stars at all. At breakfast, the food was cool and the water was lukewarm. There's no way to contact reception from your room, you have to go down to the desk. The room provided no extras, not even a pen to fill in the mandatory form to be returned to reception. I had to pay a €10 cash deposit (refundable) to use an iron, with no ironing board provided - I have never experienced this before! The hotel room was not spotlessly clean, eg. Floors needed vacuuming. We had to wear gaudy red bracelets for the duration of our stay (again, I have never experienced this before)
