Das Personal am Empfang war sehr nett.

Die angepriesene Tiefgarage ist wohl nur für Kleinstfahrzeuge. Die öffentliche Garage kostet pro Tag über 30,00 Euro

Die Lage ist zentral gelegen, es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Lage ist zudem ruhig.

Zunächst wurde uns das Zimmer 603 im 5 Stock zugewiesen. Der Aufzug fährt bis dorthin, die letzte Etage ist über die Treppe erreichbar, was mit Gepäck beschwerlich ist. Das Zimmer 603 ist so extrem klein, für den Preis eines DZ viel zu teuer. Aufgrund meiner Beschwerde haben wir ein neues Zimmer im 4. Stock erhalten für den gleichen Preis. Es fehlen Steckdosen am Bett (es hat nur eine) sowie eine Ablage. Matratzen könnten erneuert werden und der Fernseher hatte nur Ton und kein Bild.
