"Hôtel sympa, personnel moins sympa "

C’est la deuxième fois d’affilée que je tombe sur cette personne a l’accueil, de mauvaise humeur, impolie. Est-ce son vrai métier ? Ou est-ce uniquement l’accueil pour les gens qui réservent via booking ? Je pense qu’il n’est tout simplement pas à sa place, du moins pas dans ce standing d’hôtel. Après une journée de travail, je serais heureux qu’on m’accueille avec un minimum de sourire et de politesse. Sinon, l’hôtel est bien quand même. Thanks 😉

"Exceptional"

Staff were friendly and helped us to get a taxi to dinner. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Shower was wonderful after a long day of driving!!

"Superbe séjour "

Superbe séjour. L’hôtel est de grande qualité. À 10 min du centre de Beaune à pied. Le spa est petit mais très très agréable. Les prestations de la chambre sont superbe. Je recommande.

"Good base to explore Beaune"

The Hotel served our needs for a weekend escape. Easy base to explore Beaune. Staff were amicable and breakfast was decent. We appreciated the car charge point which was complimentary and umbrella use for a very rainy weekend! Sauna and indoor pool were great but can get quite busy.
