Nice setting with view of San Gimignano and a nice cool/cold pool for a hot Tuscany summer day

A/C did not work so well, would work and then stop. Thanks to the cool 65 degrees Fahrenheit night temperatures, we were able to sleep with the windows open but had some noises mainly birds that kept us up a small part of the night. Dinner at restaurant for 4 dishes was 88 euros and was not as good as it should have been for that price

Must stay this hotel when you go to San Gimignano. Owner family is very friendly, owns vineyard, olive yard, and produces wine, olive oil and honey which we enjoyed a lot with reasonable prices. Special thanks to owner's father who picked us up at San Gimignano and brought us back there with special treatment!

A beautiful property in a beautiful part of Tuscany. We loved the access to the swimming pool, the rooms were really lovely, spacious and of high quality. The evening meal in the restaurant and the breakfast were delicious. To top it off, the staff were so friendly and made you feel really welcome. I would highly recommend and will be back one day.

Overall set up, no rush atmosphere, friendly owners, exceptional gourmet dinners. Good pool.

Breakfast very simple and after two nights being boring. Rooms without terrace have no possibility to dry swimsuit and pool towels.

The staff were all incredible! Could not fault anything, at all. Couldn’t do enough for you! The room was always clean from our return out and about. Beautiful pool and plenty of sun loungers. The restaurant on site was beautiful too. 10 mins from the centre of San gimingano and 30/50 minutes from other beautiful attractions (Volterra, siena) great central location and base if you want to go out exploring.

The only minor thing was even with the air con the room was hot. But what do you expect in Italy! I brought a fan with me so that’s all I can say. Im sure if asked a fan would be provided. I felt very lucky we had the air con! I know other Agriturismo’ without air con. Nothing else I can say. It was a beautiful stay.
