Stayed just the one night as we were travelling through San Marino When we first got there we were a little apprehensive as the outside of the hotel looks a little tired however after entering the hotel our opinion changed instantly We were greeted by helpful and smiling staff and given a full rundown on the hotel facilities and timings ,it seems the hotel has had a full makeover We opted for the half board( dinner option) and were so glad we did as the food was superb and the hotel is a little distance out of town saving us a drive Also we were given complimentary drinks on arrival at the bar ( beer and wine) which was a nice welcome after a day exploring the old town in the heat The staff here were excellent throughout the hotel from reception to bar staff to restaurant waiting staff,all very professional We had pre dinner drinks on the balcony outside and there were free snacks and nibbles on offer The restaurant on the lower floor has an indoor and outdoor dining choices The dinner was actually a 4 course option and all the dishes were of a decent size and top quality food The local wine and beer were also a good choice at very reasonable prices A good nights sleep in a comfortable bed and back to the restaurant for a great buffet breakfast with lots of hot and cold options We were really impressed with this hotel for the price and would highly recommend
