Non è curatissimo l'ambiente esterno.. l'arredamento in alcune zone dell'hotel è un po' vecchio..

Spa facilities, bed was comfortable. They very kindly arranged a cake for a birthday of a guest.

Room temperature rose to almost 30C, law prevents the use of A/C, apparently. No fan, no offer to change rooms. I contacted them on what’s app, never heard back. But we received 6 emails between the two guests to give feedback, so here it is: Rooms that get this hot are really not acceptable it’s not even summer yet. Front desk suggested we “Might get a room discount” (never materialised), we said around 2130 when passing the front desk that we would check out at 0700. They called us an hour later, we were already asleep, saying we could have a free massage the next day. Again we had to remind them we were leaving at 0700. There was a couple of football teams staying and making quite a bit of noise outside of our window. Finally the front desk staff was vaping (I assume, saw the vapes and smelt the odors) not sure if that is allowed but it isn’t pleasant. They are using scents all over the hotel several times a day, again not sure why but the smell Is overpowering. The shampoo bottle was empty and the shower is a joke, water absolutely everywhere, that looks like it’s not properly installed. Finally the room phone does not have the number of the front desk mentioned anywhere, so you either go down in person or good luck with the what’s app.
