Très bon séjour avec ma fille , personnels très agréable, à l’écoute . Je recommande Le point négatif beaucoup de bruits de la part des autres clients où ils se croient seul(es) au monde mais ça on le retrouve partout maintenant malheureusement.
Good value stay in Pau city centre
Hotel was dated and desperately needs updating. Carpet in room was stained & dirty. Shower fitting was broken. Bed was comfortable. Room needed a good clean & maintenance. The hotel didn't deserve a 3 star rating.
Séjour pro , je connaissais l’hôtel Ilya une quinzaine d années. Très correct pour le prix , sauf ptit dej un peu cher .
Hôtel très vieillissant et mal entretenu. Ascenseur trop petit quand on voyage avec des bagages. D’autant que les femmes de ménage le bloquent avec le linge sale. Petit-déjeuner cher par rapport à ce qui est proposé. Et pour finir accueil pas terrible
Wat ouder hotel met een hobbelige vloer op de kamer, vervallen raamkozijn met enkel glas en afgebladderde verf. Gelukkig was de natte cel al wel gerenoveerd en het bed comfortabel. Gezien de bescheiden prijs is de prijs/kwaliteits verhouding toch goed, omdat in die prijs ook nog eens het ontbijt verwerkt is wat in buffetborm wordt gepresenteerd.

Hôtel situé en plein cœur de la ville de Pau, proche de toutes commodités, l'emplacement est plus qu'idéal. Chambre simple confort d'une propreté irréprochable, pièce agréable à vivre, bien que celle-ci était située côté rue. Sans hésitation aucune, je reviendrai.
Amazing hotel in the heart of Pau. Very nice and quiet. The staff very kind and helpful. You have nice restaurants and cafes close by. You can do shopping as well at walkable distance. Will definitely stay again.
