L'hotel è in buona posizione. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, in particolare mi hanno procurato un adattatore per il mio pc che ha risolto un problema. La stanza, per contro, pur essendo pulita, era un po' sacrificata: un solo abbaino per l'illuminazione e mancava la porta del bagno. Colazione mediocre e poca attenzione all'ecosostenibilità (saponette buttate via dopo un solo uso, marmellatine nella plastica)

Hôtel un peu vieillot mais propre et personnel professionnel et surtout très bien situé au centre de Pau
chambre trop parfumées, parfum dérangeant et artificiel seulement lavande naturelle , serait préférable

A black-lister, 2 jours avec 2 chambres catastrophes. Une chambre avec une douche où la barre du pommeau de douche vous reste dans la main et presque blessé au pieds avec des débits de plastique. Puis une seconde chambre sans eau chaude pour se laver le matin. Le pire, vous demandez à rencontrer la direction pour exprimer votre mécontentement. Cela est impossible et les personnes à l'accueil ont une total interdiction de le faire. Cela est la première fois que je m'exprime comme ça. Je suis vraiment très déçu du manque de sérieux et de professionnalisme de la Direction de cet hôtel.
