La gentillesse de tout le personnel, tout le temps quelqu'un a l'accueil. Excellent petit déjeuner avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite pour se promener dans Saint Jean de Luz.

Le fait de ne pas avoir de parking est un élément négatif, mais possibilité de se garer dans les rues autour de l'hôtel.
