The room was clean and tidy , in a perfect location for one night stay and a quick stop! The staff is welcoming and nice . I loved the restaurant and the quality of food , I had the best fiorentina ever for a very good price.

The bed is not very comfortable especially the pillow , and there was too much plastic.

La gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario, un ragazzo giovane e molto volenteroso. Per il resto purtroppo.... passiamo ai lati negativi.

Il portiere di notte, purtroppo aveva poca esperienza di gestione delle problematiche. Non era autorizzato ad intervenire ed ha dovuto chiedere alla proprietà l'intervento di camio camera. Infatti nella nostra camera il soffione della doccia era completamente andato rendendo impossibile fare la doccia. Il resto della camera era molto vecchio con servizi al limite di un Hostello. La mia vuole essere una critica costruttiva. Le camere dell'albergo sono troppo vecchie e la gestione è complicata, questo lo posso capire ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è sproporzionato. Magari diminuire la disponibilità di camere e fare una ristrutturazione adeguata di un numero ristretto potrebbe permettere all'albergaotre di mantenere le tariffa in caso contrario il prezzo è troppo alto. La colazione era dalle 06.30 alle 09.30: siamo scesi alle 09.00 ed era tutto chiuso.... La ragazza è stata gentile a portarci la colazione, ma non era a buffet... e stat consegnata su piattino, solo dopo di noi sono arrivati altri ospiti e la sala è stata aperta, comprese le luci. Solo verso le 10.00 sono arrivati i due camerieri che hanno subito una lavata di capo da parte del titolare, porprio di fronte a noi. Tutto purtroppo poco professionale. Mi spiace dover lasciare questa recensione ma spero si a utile per le proprietà per fare un deciso cambio di strategia.
