Nice place near the airport. Very comfy.

The staff was nice, but not helpful. The room was small, but would have been fine, except the air conditioner was right above the bed and started leaking water on my head in the night. There is no staff there after 11 pm, so I told them the next afternoon. She got the manager and he said he had someone clean and fix it, so he couldn't imagine why it was still happening and then got in his car and drove away. They didn't have any other rooms, but said they would have someone check it. It happened again the second night, and I ended up pullingball of the covers off the bed and sleeping with my head at the other end. I went to report it again, but there was no one there before I had to leave to go to the airport the next morning. There are also jets flying over as they take off, so you need earplugs.

We booked this expecting a hotel but it was far from it. The description is very deceptive. There is only a reception desk during limited hours and the rooms are in a separate building. While it indicates that there is an elevator we were rudely told it was only for the luggage and not for us. Given that my husband has heart issues taking the stairs is difficult. There is no ice available at this location. We were told to go to the Chinese restaurant down the road who were going to charge us €5 for a bag but no ice buckets in the room to keep it. My husband needs ice for an ice pack for his neck. Also, there is no facility for coffee or tea. Again we were told we had to go down the road for it. The staff who checked us in was very condescending and rude. He rudely told us that is was a 3 star hotel so we would only get bad service!!! The phone in our room didn’t work so we weren’t able to contact the reception desk even when it was open. The fridge in our room wasn’t working, probably because the power goes off when no one is on the room, so it took almost 18 hours to get cold. This was an issue for us as we specifically booked a room with a fridge to store insulin. Not a good choice if you are looking for a room with basic amenities, an elevator and some level of professional service.

Great area, very nice place and good restaurants.

it was a great stay the last they of our trip, we wanted to be near the airport as we had an early flight. The room was comfortable and clean.

staff were rude, when we asked about things like ice, using elevator because of medical needs, staff said well its only a 3* hotel what do we expect when my sister's fridge didn't work they were giving her a key to my room to access my room without asking me if it was okay we are family but we also like our privacy very expensive for what we got

Estuvo bien para el precio. Pero no tiene en la habitación, ni en todo el hotel, forma alguna de calentar agua para tomar una infusión.

Very spacious and clean hotel. Was a little difficult to find but luckily staff was there and very helpful once we confirmed with him that we were at the right place.

Had a layover at the airport. Wonderful clean hotel. Walking distance to food and water.

Very nice stay, clean and comfortable, would highly recommend
