Hotel Villa Aurora

The location was fabulous , the restaurant was amazing the food ambience as was the staff in the restaurant and actually the breakfast staff were so helpful and friendly !

The only disappointment was on arrival the reception staff although pleasant , didn’t offer to help at all with our cases etc as we were in the villa across the road ,, we are in our late sixties , not infirm , but I thought it was rather disrespectful not to even offer to hold our coats for example ! First impressions are always important ,, so that wasn’t great but the rest of the staff excelled in every way and more than made up for it !

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent facilities, food and location. We will be back 😃

Lokalizacja fantastyczna, cudowne widoki. Atmosfera cudowna, obsługa przesympatyczna :) Śniadania bardzo dobre. Restauracja hotelowa z widokiem na Como oferowała przepyszne dania! Wszystko naprawdę cudowne i godne polecenia!

Wszystko było naprawdę cudowne. Nie mogę złego słowa powiedzieć ani na sam obiekt, który spełnił moje oczekiwania jaki i na obsługę, bo była wspaniała i przesympatyczna. Miejsce godne polecenia!
