"Très bon accueil mais chambre décevante."

L'accueil. Le personnel est très gentil. La proximité du vieil Annecy à 20 minutes à pied. Le parking. Les crêpes au petit déjeuner.

Nous pensions avoir une vue directe sur le lac. Cela n'a pas été le cas. Chambre très petite. La salle de bain n'est pas pratique et l'accès aux WC compliqué ! Les serviettes n'essuyaient pas.

Propreté du linge de toilette passable. Pas de boisson (eau) dans le frigo. Il faut payer à part. Ça ne vaut pas 3 étoiles
