Hôtel du Palais de l'Isle

o atendimento é excelente principalmente pela senhora portuguesa que foi muito gentil, quarto limpo e confortável .

o acesso aos quartos superiores (5° andar - elevador só chega até o 4° andar )deixa a desejar, principalmente se tiver com malas pesadas , existe uma escada muito apertada

Da localização e simpatia dos funcionários

Alojamento refere ter ar condicionado mas estava avariado e nada nos foi dito previamente impossibilitando outra escolha. Houve troca de mensagens e nunca referiram a questão do AC. O desconto de 15% não paga a a noite sem dormir. Para ficar sem dormir não é necessario pagar hotel.

Facilité d'accès et parking proche. Personnel accueillant. Matelas agréable.

Propreté de la salle de bain franchement pas top. Moisissures entre les carreaux de la baignoire et sur le support du pommeau de douche, cache du tuyau de douche qui ne tient pas, reste de dentifrice ou autre autour de l'évier, évier qui fuit, cheveux et pince à cheveux par terre. Bruyant jusqu'à 2h00 du matin, donc impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre.

Location was amazing, really good breakfast

The bed was small and the AC was a bit noisy. Other than that great place

The room was lovely - comfortable, clean, and roomy. It overlooked the canal so the view was nice, but it can be a little loud until later evening because of the activity in the cafes. The A/C was out in my room, but they told me ahead of time and discounted the room fee. I kept the windows open, which increased the volume from the street sounds, but it did get quiet enough to sleep and the temperature was very comfortable overnight without A/C. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

It was hard to find the hotel because despite putting in the full name, my nav kept sending me to the ACTUAL Palais de L'Isle (the old prison and museum). This obviously isn't the hotel's fault. FYI, you go PAST that, cross the small canal, and take the SECOND left street - turn left when you pass the cow (you'll understand) and the hotel entrance is well marked and on the left. In the hotel, I initially got a little confused bc the sign indicate my room was to the right but it looked like there were only laundry/cleaning facilities and lockers there, then someone helped me find the room past all of that.

Gute Lage

Der Fahrstuhl ist eine Zumutung! Sehr klein für max. 2 Personen mit Gepäck. Wie mussten bis zu 10 Minuten warten bis wir ihn endlich nutzen konnten.

great breakfast perfectly friendly staff

I booked the room because it had a airco, however the equipment was there in the room but it was only spraying hot air at outside temperature around 30°C and the fact that we had an attic room made it impossible to sleep because of heat. Opening the windows was useless due to high outside temperature and lots of noise till 4 o'clock. When I noticed that the airco was non functioning no one was surprised and they offered immediately a lower price, which mend they were aware the room was without airco, so we suffered on purpose of heat.
