Lors de mon arrivée mon conjoint et moi avons été accueilli par une femme blonde avec un accent qui m’a demandé de remplir une fiche pour les clients étrangers ! J’ai trouvée cela très déplacé car elle n’a pas demandé à mon conjoint de remplir une fiche sous prétexte qu’il est caucasien donc elle en a conclu que lui il est blanc donc il est forcément Français! Je suis noir de nationalité Française arrivée en France à l’âge de 5 ans et en 39 ans de ma vie c’est la première fois que l’on me fais remplir cette fiche et quand on lui a demandé pour quels raisons je devais remplir cette fiche , elle m’a répondu que c’est la loi dans l’hôtellerie pour les policiers puissent garder une trace des clients étrangers non mais j’ai trouvé cela très déplacé et étonnant car je suis cliente dans plusieurs hôtels à Beaulieu sur mer ainsi que dans différentes régions et on ne m’a jamais demandé de remplir cette fameuse fiche !! Étant moi même dans le domaine de l’hôtellerie de luxe dans les palaces et on n’a jamais eu ce genre d’accueil en vers nos clients ! Surtout le lendemain vers 19h j’ai assisté au Check in d’une femme et d’un homme qui étaient ensemble à qui elle ne leur a pas demandé de remplir cette fameuse fiche !! Elle leur a tout de suite attribué leur numéro de chambre qui était la 221 et leur a souhaité un bon séjour ! Donc quand elle me dit que c’est la loi , on l’applique à tout les clients !! Même si ils sont de type caucasien!!c’est de la discrimination !quel honte !

Super Hotel bien placé.

Very nice, clean hotel. Employees were very professional. We received an upgrade without requesting one! The view on the harbor is beautiful. Rooftop terrace, pool,… very nice amenities. The breakfast was great. The only negative point would be slow internet.

Enjoyed the charming waterfront location with easy access and friendly service at the nearby shops, restaurants and cafes--a little bit of French goes a long way. However, the 2 bedroom apartment at the hotel Frisia was run down and not worth the price. It seemed like the room was lost in the 1990's and hadn't been updated in decades. Unfortunate too that the staff were less than helpful when we had questions about services in the area. The only redeeming quality was the variety and freshness of the breakfast buffet and the comfortable bed. Next time, we'll look elsewhere for a place to stay.

Great location on Marina front and nearby beach club, easy to walk to everything. It had a balcony where we sat and had our own breakfast, lovely mountains view. Nice comfy bed and nice bathroom. Pool was bonus but a little chilly.

The hotel is located nice near the teain station and pretty close to the beach. Nice staff and a proper breakfast. Have stayed now two times. Would stay again.

Toimiva hotelli näppärällä paikalla. Ihana uima-allas ja uima,-allasalue vaikkakin hieman liikenteen äänet siihen kuuluvat. Katolla myös kaunis auringonottopaikka ja upeat maisemat! Bussi kulki ihan hotellin edestä ja juna-asemakin lähellä. Huone siisti ja toimiva- vain pientä jääkaappia olisimme toivoneet huoneeseen lisää. Lähellä useita ravintoloita vaikkakin hieman kallista aluetta hienojen huviveneiden vuoksi?

We really enjoyed our stay. The location cannot be beat. Water view and 5-8 min walk to the train station. We would return. A consideration for the hotel which would improve the rating: coffee pot in room . A small fridge in room. The breakfast service in the lobby was very good .
