Todo genial, camas muy cómodas, por poner un pero, piscina muy pequeñita.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix ! Nous sommes restées une nuit dans l'hôtel, le personnel est accueillant, les chambres sont pratiques et dotées d'une clim. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de profiter des espaces communs (piscine, salle de jeux, restaurant...) mais en avons eu connaissance. Merci :)

Hotel con un'ottima posizione nel centro di Tossa forse unica cosa positiva, abbiamo soggiornato dal 06 al 10 agosto non possiamo che dare una stella e forse è anche troppo. Sappiamo che l'hotel non risponde degli oggetti di valore lasciati in stanza ma non è possibile subire un furto di denaro all'interno del proprio bagaglio, è evidente che il personale delle pulizie si occupa di altro all'interno della stanza invece che limitarsi a pulire. La gestione della situazione è stata nulla da parte dell'hotel,fatto presente alla reception del furto ci hanno fatto presente che se ne sarebbe occupato il direttore dopo tre giorni di attesa in cui non si è visto nessuno neanche per delle semplici scuse al momento del check out ci hanno semplicemente detto di andare alla polizia a sporgere denuncia . Neanche in un hotel ad una stella non si è liberi di lasciare dei soldi all'interno del proprio bagaglio chiusi con un lucchetto.... totalmente deludenti, non all'altezza di un tre stelle e pericolosi!!!

Great stay. Service was very good, friendly and polite, especially the barman with the glasses. Beds were a little uncomfortable and the balcony door didn’t open or close properly but the rest was fine. Lock up the piano. Well-meaning children banging out chopsticks can be heard from the second floor with the windows shut.

Todo perfecto por esta vez

buenos días: el pasado sabado me realizasteis una encuesta de entrada, y ya os indique en lo que no estaba de acuerdo, no obstante. en mi proxima visita al hotel que será este nuevo fin de semana haré las fotos oportunas para poderlas añadir junto con mi nueva encuesta. Me gustaría hacerles saber que soy ya clienta del hotel desde cuatro o cinco años, y las instalaciones se han deteriorado con el, paso del tiempo. Cuando una cosa se deteriora se cambia, no se hacen chapuzas. lo de PEPE GOTERA Y OTILIO queda muy divertido en los tebeos pero no en unas instalaciones de un hotel. saludos.

This is a great hotel, we stayed for 5 nights as a family (2 adults plus teenager). We were impressed at the location, being just a few minutes walk to the bus station and then 10 minutes to the beach and old town. Our room had 3 single beds (as requested), balcony, en-suite bathroom and was spacious and clean. The hotel has a pool, bar and games room which came in useful with a 14 year old - we played pool, ping pong and table football. The strength of this hotel is the cleaning staff, our room was serviced daily with clean sheets, towels and cleaning to an excellent standard. nothing was too much trouble and I would like to pass on my gratitude to the cleaning staff who cleaned my room (and the hotel) to an excellent standard. Down side of this hotel is some ageing decor, rooms have been painted but some aspects of the hotel are older, however, really it was not a problem at all and we would definitely stay here again. Excellent place for the price.

The mattresses were too soft and rather uncomfortable. This is all the more regrettable given how the mattress technology improved over the years and how inexpensive good mattresses have become.

Very good value for money, clean room and good location.
