No se garantiza el derecho al descanso del huésped. Había alojado un grupo de adolescentes que estuvo armando bulla hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Al día siguiente no pude disfrutar del día de turismo por la isla con mis amigos pues me caía de sueño y me dolía la cabeza. Un día de vacaciones perdido por culpa del hotel, que tampoco ha querido compensarme (he puesto la reclamación correspondiente y espero que el Gobierno Canario actúe contra este hotel). Cero recomendable si buscas un lugar para poder descansar, pues no se preocupan de garantizar el descanso

La habitación estaba bastante bien. El desayuno fue lo mejor. La cena hay menos variedad pero nos gustó bastante.

Estábamos en una habitación que el balcón daba a la piscina, por lo que se escuchaba a la gente hablar de noche allí y por el pasillo. Y lo malo que la piscina cerraba, aunque por suerte teníamos acceso a la piscina premium.

Una de la noches tenían alojado a un grupo de adolescentes que estuvieron armando bulla, corriendo, gritando, peleando... hasta pasadas las 2 de la mañana. Me despertaron varias veces. Intenté llamar a recepción y nunca atendieron mi llamada. Tuve que vestirme y bajar a recepción. El guarda de seguridad me llamó maleducado por simplemente reclamar el descanso por el cual había pagado 105€. A la mañana siguiente he pedido hablar con la dirección del hotel y he reclamado que se me reembolsara el importe de la noche pues el servicio por el cual les había contratado no se había cumplido, y me han dicho que no. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL SI BUSCAS DESCANSAR, pues parece que no se garantiza el descanso de los clientes, sino simplemente el lucro del negocio.
