Nous sommes restés à peine deux jours. La chambre était très bien et le petit déjeuné également.

Dommage que la piscine ferme à 18h00, nous n’avons pas pu en profiter.

Hotel done renovation work for 7 out of 8 days constant noise and disruption had to leave the hotel every day to relax. Hotel also located on top of steep hill

Great location.

There was some work happening at the hotel so the pool was very noisy which ment we had to go to the beach most days as the noise was too loud to even try and relax. Our room was very small and the air con was not working we reported this to reception and someone did come look at it & said it was fixed but it wasn’t, It would turn on then go back off after 2 minutes which wasn’t great at night when your trying to sleep room was very stuffy. We also had alot of problems with our room keys everyday sometimes twice a day we had to go down to get them fixed.

Grande struttura con camere pulite e ben arredate. Piccola palestra ben attrezzata, piscine esterni grandi. Grande ristorante.

Stayed in May and definitely will not be staying again, absolutely disappointing from start to finish. Started off with an absolute mess of a check in given the wrong room, finally got another room (still not the premium pool view room we paid for) only for the door not to work so had to wait for maintenance then had to wait for a cleaner to prepare the room. When questioned that we had paid for a pool facing room my partner was brushed off and told none available. We then had issues every-time we wanted to access the roof top pool which is another reason we paid for the upgrade, the key wouldn’t work so had to keep going back to Reception only to be treated rudely from the staff! Food very basic and bland, wish we didn’t bother doing half board as we ended up eating out every night. Just an absolutely disappointing stay and feel completely scammed out of paying for premium when we did not receive what we paid for!!

Easy check in. Room request was honoured and was clean and comfortable.

Noise from repaying grounds but realise that this is temporary.
