Agréablement surpris au vu des commentaires précédents. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Hotel propre et confortable. Décoration un peu passé de mode. Chambres fonctionnelle. Très bon repas et petit déjeuner. Avons beaucoup apprécié le spa eau chaude. Massage moyen. Beaucoup de monde à la hotel en cette période donc ambiance un peu usine. A éviter pour les séjours romantique.

El personal sin ninguna duda! Ellos hacen que ni te fijes en los detalles que hay que mejorar! Y destacar la profesionalidad, la cercanía y el buen humor de Víctor , María y su compañero morenito!( animadores ) ellos han sido el pico del diamante!! Una vez más , GRACIAS!!

Me gustó todo pero como sugerencia, podrían tener más variedad a la hora de las comidas! Y una máquina dispensadora de alcohol para después de las 23h cuando cierran 🤣

bed room was a good size and comfy bed, could do with a chair in the room though. Good gym and weights room. The spa area looked good, but was not available in all inclusive package (it has been with other hotels. The evening entertainment was really good and the day time animation team were very engaging. The pool was not heated/ cold so not many people were in it. The hotel provides a shuttle coach to the town centre several times a day

the food was okay, but a distinct lack of meat with meals i.e only had chicken or pork on once during our stay. The drinks/ cocktails were really poor, it was like drinking a cup of syrup/ pure sugar. The 1 euro deposit for cups is a bit irritating (until you get used to it) but I suppose it helps with staff having to collect glases and recycling. I didnt like the fact that when I returned to my room at 11-30 it had been cleaned , no towels available, cleaner woud not give me a towel to get a shower before my coach pick up. Checkout was 12noon- I hadnt checked out and was extremely annoyed by the hotels attitude and receptions refusal to give me a towel. Eventually after asking to speak to manager I was offered use of spa area, every hotel i have stayed in has automtaically allowed use of chaging/shower area on afternoon departure.
