La calidad del buffet sería mejorable y el hotel para tener la clasificación de cuatro estrellas necesitaría una renovación. Pero su ubicación es magnífica y, en general, las instalaciones están bien. El trato del personal excelente.

Que no había servicios de playa (socorrista, duchas...) en esta parte cuando en otras partes de la playa si los había. Esto corresponde al Ayuntamiento, no al hotel.

Hotel muy limpio personal muy competente

El buffet muy bueno . Colas de servicio principal de parrillada. Gente amontonada faltaba un Poco de orden. De parte del personal.

"Estancia en RH Casablanca."

Todo está bien.

Camarera masticando chicle en el comedor mientras recogía platos etc. y la cocinera que llevaba la plancha, a la vista, comiendo y llevándose comida a la boca. Poco edificante.
