Excellent location and very friendly staff. Amazing breakfast that catered to different dietary requirements.

Everything was perfect

The staff were extremely nice and very knowledgeable. All their recommendations for activities during the day and dinner reservations at night were spot on. Being located right in the center of town was wonderful and easy to get around. The rooms were very clean and newly renovated. If you are staying in the town, I would recommend. Given it is an older property and we booked late, our room was rather small but it was manageable.

Super comfortable room and bathroom. Very good breakfast buffet and very close to restaurants, the beach, train station and the ferry. Only complaint: had tu carry our luggage up steep stairs since the hotel is not located on the ground floor, but one floor above.

Buffet-style breakfast was good quality and offered plenty of choice. Excellent coffee! Room, was spacious, interesting and had very good bathroom. Good aircon. Location, convenient for beach and all restaurants, shops and places of interest.Very helpful staff.

More hot/warm food options would have been nice at breakfast. EG Scrambled eggs. Also no communal chilling/relaxing area. No hotel bar. But these were minor gripes.

Beautiful property , great concierge service - everything perfect. Great location to explore Cinque Terre without the crowds !

Manchmal etwas laut in der Nacht, draussen vor dem Hotel. Ein GlascontIner steht gerade neben dem Hotel; sehr unangenehm, wenn er für mehrere Flaschen-Einwürfe genutzt wird. Er könnte definitiv woanders stehen.

Le petit déjeuner est excellent . L’hôtel dispose d’un parking . Nous sommes au centre de Levanto qui est charmant , la plage est à 5 minutes à pied .Proche de la gare (10 minutes ) Le personnel est attentionné et parle le français .

Personale cordiale umano e molto educato! Persone che sanno svolgere appieno il loro lavoro! Francesca mi ha toccato il cuore. In bocca al lupo per tutto! Elisa ha saputo leggere tra le righe e consigliarmi il.locale piu idoneo! Alberto indescrivibile, promosso al pieno titolo. Le donne delle pulizie umane di una umiltà e sincerità mai vista, queste le cose che amo e voglio vedere. Anche se per solo due giorni mi è bastato per inquadrare la situazione. La consiglio vivamente. In questa struttura vige come che sia il silenzio l'eleganza e la serietà.
