Main facilities are very nice - lovely cafe / restaurant with terrace, pool area is wonderful

Check-in experience was not very good and room quality didn’t match the rest of the hotel - it was not in line with 4-star. Beds were quite uncomfortable and made with just a fitted sheet. Room quality could be better.
