The indoor pool is heated from November to April. Please note that full board rates include meals in the following order: lunch on the day of arrival, dinner and breakfast. Drinks are not included. If you expect to arrive after 16:00, please inform the hotel in advance. Guests arriving after 4:00 PM will receive dinner, breakfast and lunch. Check out time is 12:00. Please note that the bed type preference for the double or twin room is only confirmed upon arrival. Please note that the rates published on December 25 and 31 include a mandatory fee for gala events taking place on those nights. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The Benidorm Plaza hotel accepts pets and service animals. "Lovely stay, lovely staff and great location"

Lovely stay from start to finish. Upon arrival at 2am we were quickly booked in and told to go get some sleep and we can sort the safe in the morning. Breakfast had a great selection. Only ate once for evening meal and found mostly catered for the Spanish guests (not bland UK food) so not going to complain as we were in Spain after all. Room was clean and a good size, we were in room 108. I had requested to be on a lower floor a few days before so did t think it would be possible but they delivered. No noise from pool, all guests were respectful. Staff were great, from the reception, cleaners, bar and restaurant. There was no guests reserving beds all day which was great. If we decided to go down there were always bed available. Pool was lovely and clean. The location is amazing too. So close to beach, old town and bars. No rowdy guests. Overall great stay and hope to come back soon.

Excellent all around. Breakfast was superb; staff friendly; hotel immaculate. The location was perfect; three minutes walk to the beach and five minutes walk to the start of the old town. Lots of supermarkets within one minutes walk. The beds were very comfortable and supportive and the room and bathroom were spotless.

Nothing to dislike.

El personal muy atento.

Reservamos una habitación con dos camas para dos personas mayores. Se nos adjudicó una habitación triple (no había casi espacio para moverse por la habitación) y el baño tenía bañera lo cual resultaba muy incomodo para ellas
