No sun lounger wars. Close to nightlife but didnt hear it in the rooms. Food was lovely.

Great choices for breakfast. Fresh products, with even Cava to start your day. Eggs made fresh to order. Nice pool area, sufficient places to lie down. Lory at the reception was kind and helpful, the boy with his first moustache was arrogant and witless

Miguel at reception is one of the rudest men i've ever had the misfortune of meeting. I went to benidorm on a day trip & within 1.5 hours had my passport robbed. I needed to make a police report & get in touch with the embassy for an emergency passport, so I decided to try & get a hotel for the night so I had time to sort everything out. I checked booking.com & the orange had a room available for £185 for the 1 night. I went to the hotel & there was a long queue for check-in as a flight had just arrived so we queued for 45 minutes. When I got to the front & asked Miguel if I could book a room, he instantly started pulling faces & saying how busy they were. I explained the lads next to us being served by a lady, were booking a room & there were rooms showing as available on booking.com. So he waved his arms & said book it on there then. So I did, then he asked for my passport, which obviously I didn't have as this was the whole reason I needed to stay in benidorm for the night. I had a picture of my passport & driving licence on my phone but he said he needed the physical copy. He then said no passport, no stay! I asked why he didn't ask for ID before telling me to book a £185 room! He said nothing he could do, Spanish law bye! Room NON-REFUNDABLE. My partners friend was staying in benidorm, so he offered for us to transfer the room to his name as he could provide ID. We went back to the hotel & Miguel told me I was "banned from the room." I couldn't visit it, use the toilet, or enter the room in any way... because I didn't have a passport. Despite the lads who were found a room next to us by the lady receptionist, only having to show 1 driving licence out of 4 lads! I explained multiple times that my passport was stolen & that was my whole problem. But Miguel was not in the mood to be kind or polite. He was rude, short & completely unhelpful.
