The hotel was well maintained and clean and in a great location. The hotel and the rooms were quiet on a night so we slept well. The room was spacious and comfortable Very large television in the bedroom and plenty of wardrobe space.

Early morning at breakfast the floors were mopped and no wet floor signs were out so I slipped on the steps. The hairdryer was very basic, had I of known ahead that it was such a small hairdryer I would have brought my own.

With all the hotels in Benidorm, I mistakenly presumed that I would have a balcony, but we had a window which overlooked the square with the church and you could see at an angle the sea, although still a nice view, I wish we had a balcony, because we were with another couple and they only had 1 room with a balcony left for an additional €126.00 we declined as it wouldn't be fair to our friends. The room was fine apart from a very large Crack in the shower tray and no shelf for toiletries in the bathroom, so you have to balance all items around the sink and in top of the toilet. Breakfast is lovely and staff especially Marcello went above and beyond to make you feel special. The hotel doesn't have a pool but it has a roof top with a jacuzzi and sunbeds, be careful though, it's small and there's only a dozen or so beds, so you need to get up there early, the issue with going in May is that the rooftop bar was closed, so you have to use the phone to call the bar downstairs, but the phone is broken and doesn't work so you have to go all the way down to the basement and bring your drinks up, ypur also jot allowed food due to the seagulls. The hotel is clean and I wish we booked the balcony as the views ate out to see. At night the square has people walking around and it's very loud, we stayed 4 nights and each night you had stragglers singing and shouting until the early morning, not what you expect in the old town part.

Veel lawaai in de vroege ochtend we lagen net achter de receptie en je hoorde de mensen al vroeg in de morgen best luidruchtig .

La habitación demasiado pequeña, que a penas se podia dejar la maleta, y demasiado caro para el tamaño de las habitaciones, no repetiré.
