La atención y falta de interès por parte de la camarera en el bar/restaurante. Bajamos a tomar un té con mi madre, al servirlo en la mesa se le cayó accidentalmente el agua muy caliente sobre mi madre, no supo reaccionar, quiso traer hielo cuando está prohíbo (formación básica de primeros auxilios) mi hermana tuvo que ir a buscar agua fría y un paño para poder colocarle en la pierna…no nos proporcionó una crema para las quemaduras, en ningún momento se molestó en volver a preguntar si estaba bien. Por otra parte dejó todo el líquido derramado en la mesa y suelo.
