ESESNos dieron una habitación donde se escuchaban ruidos de una puerta que utilizaban empleados al ingresar a trabajar y nos despertaron todos los días antes de las 7am. Pedimos cambio de habitación y no fue posible. Pedimos también que la puerta en cuestión se mantuviera abierta para evitar los ruidos y tampoco fue posible. El hotel está muy bien pero la experiencia fue muy mala dado que no tuvimos solución. Entiendo que no hubiera otra habitación pero mantener una puerta de servicio abierta para dejar dormir me resulta algo bastante sencillo y no pudieron hacerlo.
NLMooi hotel aan de rand van de stad en prima uitvalbasis om Santiago te ontdekken. Het ontbijt is heerlijk. Bij het avondeten worden leuke menu’s aangeboden, maar je kan ook á la carte eten. De kamers zijn ruim en hebben royale bedden. Parkeren is gratis en kan voor de deur.
GBParticularly liked the apartment with car garage. Private yet with full facilities of the hotel.
Lounge had an “unused” smell, perhaps because it had not been occupied recently.
