Ruta Jacobea

The venue was very clean and spacious. Reception service was ok but restaurant service was poor. We felt we were an inconvenience even though we were sitting before 4.30 and restaurant was due to be open till 5pm. 3 other outside guests arrived after us and did not seem to be subjected to the same reception that we had received.

Great location to the airport, which turned out to be not helpful in the end…

After walking all morning on the Camino, we were told that they didn't have our room available, and that we had to stay at a hotel down the the way. We initially were reluctant, but gave in as we were tired. They gave us a ride to the other hotel, and we checked in. The room was dirty and felt like there would be bed bugs. It was very hot and the air conditioner didn't work. I booked the original hotel for a reason, and that was because it had good reviews of it's rooms , and that it was clean. I had booked the room like 4 months in advance, they could have called me, messaged me, told me something and I would have booked elsewhere. It felt like a bait and switch. Never book this hotel. It feels like a scam.

Proximity to the airport, clean room, great staff.

Ottima struttura con personale disponibile e camere ben arredate.Bagno con bellissima doccia con soffione gigante.Ottima la posizione vicinissimo aeroporto e navetta gratuita h 24.
