La posizione,la pulizia,la gentilezza del personale e della reception.

Posizione dell' Hotel comoda, camera molto pulita e spaziosa.

This is NOT a hotel, I am SHOCKED that this is marketed as a hotel. It is at best a tick better than a airbnb, it is in a residential building, entry and reception is at the fourth floor and the rooms are on the third floor behind the NO ENTRY - FIRE EXIT doors. Unreal. Why does not it say so in its ads or explanations? They put photos as thought it is a normal hotel which it clearly NOT. If I want to stay in a residential building, I would look for a airbnb. Thanks for cheating. Also, unreal that booking.com has a very very high rating for this place, like those Indian movies on imdb.
