英語が　普通に伝わる点です。

803号に6月14ー16日　17日アウトで3日間　宿泊しましたが、トイレの下水道の匂いが2日目の朝から　すごく気になりフロントスタッフにも　なんとかしてほしいと切望しましたがその日の夜も変わらずでした。 3日目の朝は　ものすごく匂いがキツく　朝7時ごろにフロントスタッフに再度　お伝えしてますが、結果　何も処置していただけませんでした。支配人にも伝えて欲しいと　フロントスタッフに再度伝えており　支配人からのメッセージを待ってますが未だコンタクトおよび謝罪はございません。今時点(日本時間の6月25日の2時ですが未だ詫びの一言さえございません。私もかつて8年間　ホテル勤務をした経験があり正直に言うと売るべくではないお部屋だと　強く思います。ただしお値段は　そこそこのお値段であり非常に納得のいく　対応がなされてません。一考を望みます。
