Boutique Hotel Scalzi - Adults Only

L'atmosfera, l'attenzione ai dettagli ed il personale sempre molto disponibile. Siamo stati a Verona una volta a Dicembre e tornati in città abbiamo deciso di soggiornare sempre qui. Che dire? Hanno confermato ciò che pensavamo già dalla prima volta: ottimo servizio, personale sempre attento e disponibile, stanze pulite e bellissime! Menzione speciale per Noman che ci ha accolti come l'ultima volta in maniera impeccabile, aiutandoci sempre e venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze sempre con un sorriso.

Non c'è una cosa che io abbia trovato fuori posto.

A bit noisy

Zentrale Lage. Fußläufig zum Bahnhof und in die Altstadt. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Konnte mein Gepäck morgens abgeben, Sightseeing machen und etwas früher ins Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück in einem schönen Innenhof.

Fliegengitter I'm Fenster (gegen die Mücken) wären toll.

Bed was not great - no lift

This is not a boutique hotel, it’s a 2 star hotel. Not sure where Booking.com got the boutique from because it’s misleading. If we hadn’t paid before id seen the room id have left. Looks like a 1970’s brown B&B. Uncomfortable bed, dark room, bathroom flooded because shower screen too small, no storage, busy road outside the hotel, the floor tiles felt sticky underfoot. It was grim.
