Abendessen war vom Service leider eine Katastrophe - unser Kellner war sehr unfreundlich und auch Essen war nur Durchschnitt.

first of all, It looks like the fanciest building in Keon, couldn't imagine that was a hotel when we drove up, unlike the other paradors i've stayed in- this one has a modern twist/ the rooms are amazing, large, and the interior is like an art museum. So worth the splurge. nicest place i've ever stayed.

food and service at lobby bar wasn't great

Beautiful comfortable rooms, spacious bathrooms, great location, attentive staff. Dinner at restaurant was wonderful...tasty and staff so friendly

Exceptional preservation of a historical building, a blend of modern facilities in a historical structure, impeccable.

Bfast not as great as the Paradores in Santiago, some small improvements needed, but this is measuring to very high standards set.

Wow! What an incredible hotel. A great job to blend the old and the new, incorporaring artwork from the museum, creating a very high standard finish. Lovely staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was great, featuring top local produce. First class.

This was the first stop on our Spanish road trip, it had been quite a long day with an early start off the ferry in Bilbao, and then a pitstop in Burgos. This is a really impressive Parador, 5* with a price to match, however we weren't on a budget trip. Our room was huge, with a huge bathroom. Most of the facilities were behind separate doors which was a bit confusing, particularly at night as the light switches are not quite straightforward. We had our 'welcome drink' in the bar and asked when the restaurant opened, there seemed some doubt between 8.30 and 9pm and as a party of Americans had arrived in the bar we decided not to wait but have a light supper in the bar and have an early night. Looking round the building it combines historical areas and art, and modern architecture - it was refurbed in 2020. Very comfortable and it was our top rated Parador of our trip, and top priced! Recommended for a treat. Leon centre with the Cathedral and stained glass is a short walk away.
