Hotel bien situado, pero con un toque ya antiguo que hace del hotel estar fuera de las directrices habituales de un 4 estrellas, ningun enchufe a la vista en la habitación

El personal es súper agradable. Teníamos un bautizo a las 13,30 y nos facilitaron hacer el checking antes de las 13:00. La ubicación es genial. Todo perfecto. Volveremos.

Arrivée très tard, le réceptionniste était super sympa. La chambre était très belle, pour la salle de bain eh bien je veux la mm a la maison XD

Horrible... Peor que una pensión..... Habitaciones pequeñas y con poca luz.... Ventana a un patio interior oscuro..... Claustrofobia......

El hotel aunque está reformado, hay cosas muh viejas. Se escuchaba como si estuviera en la habitación los huéspedes de la de al lado. Rl radiador emitia un sonido horroroso. La ducha poca presión y no muy caliente.

Good position for train station and central area of Valladolid

The hotel staff courteous and professional service is beyond expectations. It s location made it very easy to visit the major city sites (e.g. Oriente Museum, Miguel de Cervantes House/Museum, Campo Grande Park, etc.). Its also close to Plaza Espana's bus hub and within 600 meters of Valladolid's Campo Grande Train Station.
