The hotel’s location is excellent—right in the center, in the heart of a wonderful atmosphere. There are many high-quality restaurants around, and everything we ate was delicious. The owner of the hotel is truly amazing—extremely hospitable, cheerful, friendly, and charming. The rooms are very cute and spotless. Overall, everything was wonderful. I definitely highly recommend it.

Struttura un po' datata ma molto accogliente e in ottima posizione centrale. Camera confortevole, spaziosa e silenziosa. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili, è stato davvero un piacere soggiornare da loro; ci hanno permesso di utilizzare gratuitamente lo spazio auto proprio davanti all'ingresso dell'albergo e ciò è stato comodissimo. Discreta colazione all'italiana.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming, family‑run hotel located on a quiet street right in the historical center of Perugia. The location is perfect—just a very short walk from the town center and ideal for exploring the area. The host and reception staff were amazing: warm, friendly, and always ready to help with bags, taxis, directions, and anything else I needed. Their fluent English and great sense of humor made the experience even more enjoyable. My room was very comfortable, and I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Posizione centrale a pochi minuti a piedi dalle attrazioni principali, camera accogliente e pulita e set di cortesia in bagno con tutto l'occorrente (anche il phon). Colazione ottima e proprietario gentile, disponibile e simpatico! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
