Localização excelente no centro antigo de Siena.

Deram instruções sobre como chegar de carro (indicando várias ruas), porém não explicaram onde exatamente entrar na Piazza Matteoti e chegar perto do hotel. (Na entrada para a "ZTL" não aparece o nome da praça.) O ideal seria fornecer um mapa detalhado e exato do caminho. Falta chaleira elétrica (e chás) no quarto. Café da manhã muito fraco (sem frutas, sem ovos, sem bolos).
