Arrived to a lovely lady in reception. Who helped us into Bologna. Not a lot around to do at hotel. We had to leave in an emergency as my dad ill. Had a 4 day break booked but could only stay one night cost us over €500 euros for one night. I understand their policies but no compassion given. So beware when booking you have no safeguard to cancellation. We had to get back to le shuttle. As we drove. Guy in the evening very abrupt. Glad to be fair only stayed one night. Breakfast ok. But not brilliant. Shower in the dark. As no light. Look elsewhere we have had some lovely hotels who have been compassionate about us leaving early.
