Lovely hotel

It was an amazing stay in this hotel, especially for the front desk gay during the day shift. He was very diligent, courteous, and handsome.

Property was very close to the tram that takes you to Venice (10 minutes ish to Venice) and close bus station near it. Front desk gladly helped me out in giving me directions.

Checked in early and although our room was not ready we were able to leave our cases and venture out. Reception was very helpful explaining trams and routes to follow in Venice. Hotel is handy for the tram service, which is great takes approx 10/15 minutes and costs €1.50 each way. Hotel is clean but could do with a little TLC. Breakfast was the usual continental buffet, with plenty of choice. Even had a selection of Gluten Free (had to ask but they were happy to supply) which was appreciated. The only real downside for us was the size of the shower, which was very small. We're both average build but neither of us found the shower big enough to be comfortable.

Convenient and clean place for those who want to stay in a good location walkable for lots of tourist attractions paying less than usual. We are very thankful to Suzana that had helped us a lot.

The nearby restaurant served delicious food. It was easy to take the city bus to Venice. Walls at the hotel are paper thin.
